Metal Roof Rescue will review your submission and determine the appropriate next step. If an on-site roof assessment is recommended, please understand that on-site assessments are a paid service. Any applicable assessment fees will be discussed with you before an appointment is scheduled.

If your roofing problem requires Metal Roof Rescue to visit the property and perform an on-site assessment, an assessment fee will apply. The applicable fee will be communicated to you before an on-site assessment is scheduled.
What Happens After You Submit?
Metal Roof Rescue will review the information, photos, and documentation you provide to better understand your roofing system and the problem you're experiencing.
The initial review will help determine whether additional information is needed and what the appropriate next step may be.
Submitting this form does not automatically schedule an on-site assessment or repair. If an on-site assessment is recommended, Metal Roof Rescue will discuss the applicable assessment fee with you before scheduling the visit.
Photos and documentation
Upload any available photos that may help Metal Roof Rescue better understand the problem you're experiencing. Helpful images may include exterior views of the roof, close-ups of visible damage, affected panels, seams, fasteners or flashing, skylights or other roof penetrations, and interior areas showing leaks or water damage. The more visual information you can provide, the better we can understand the issue during the initial review.
